I just installed a roof mount 40" rigid and the wind noise starts at 40mph and gets worse the faster you go. I have a 4 door hardtop and the noise is pretty unbearable. Going to look into a wind diffuser and the rubber edging on the fins on the back of the light bar.

That’s awesome, looks great!! Yeah, I thought about adding the hood deflector as well but since I already put the stripes I wasn’t sure if it’ll look good. I’ll def keep y’all updated, I prob won’t have a chance to add anything until another 2 weeks when I get some days off.

Awesome, yes please keep me updated. I’ve seen people put like rubber door trim between the fins to keep the noise down as well as a wind diffuser made for the bottom of the light bar as well (both seen on YouTube). So far I’ve installed the Eibach coil overs for a 3” lift, rhino shredder...

I still haven’t lol. I’ve been working on my commuter truck. I need to get that light bar installed, a corsa exhaust, a havoc replacement bumper and I just ordered the ford performance tuner for it. Just haven’t had time. Let me know how it goes for you though!!

I might try it. I’ll prob end up getting that wind diffuser from zroadz to see if it helps before I put it on

What sucks though is I already bought the 40” radiance rigid bar and paid like $600ish for it and I’m out of the 30day return policy lol

I saw a YouTube video of a company called zroadz selling wind diffusers to minimize the whistling and wind noise that the light bars are causing, but I was hoping to hear from someone with firsthand experience

I keep hearing that! It’s too late for me to return the rigid light bar I got so maybe someone will get it off my hands
