Just curious how you would rate the wind and road noise on the highway? You mentioned it's a comfortable highway cruiser so I'm curious about the noise and several have mentioned it's terrible? I wonder if it's better on the BB and OBX compared to the base models?

Do you have a soft top or hard top? How bad is the wind noise? Looking into 2 dr Broncos but the more I read about these issues the more scared I get, lol.

What is turbo waste gate is I may ask? I am looking into Broncos as my next vehicle and will most likely get the 2.3 turbo. Should I be concerned about longevity?

So no issues driving in the snow in MN without 4A? Did you find yourself using 4H a lot or did it go through the snow in 2wd just fine?

OP here - just wanted to bump my thread as it didn't get any love before, lol. Just looking for opinions on the Ford extended warranty on the Bronco. I'm in the market for a 2 dr which I plan on keeping 10+ years hopefully.

I've heard the catch can being tossed around on a few Maverick threads but really not sure what it's supposed to do, lol. I'm just worried about spending a crap ton of money on a shiny and then to have it develop carbon buildup issues,etc.

In the market for a 2 dr Bronco with the 2.3 and was wondering what the general consesus is regarding carbon buildup on the 2.3? I've read that it's pretty much an issue with all direct injected engines. I plan on keeping the Bronco for 10 years+ so I'm hoping carbon buildup won't be an issue or...

Is this only a known issue with the 2.7 or does it happen on the 2.3?

Actually we have (2) Mav's on order (1) for the wife and (1) for me. It is highly unlikely that the hybrid gets build so the misses is going to take my EB build thus freeing me up to get the Bronco:)

So the seat quality is the same though. Looks like it's $1495 to add the mid pkg on the BB which gets you heated seats, etc. That is a pretty hefty upcharge on top of going from the Base to the BB. Really not sure I need heated seats and the other goodies you get.

I'm currently down the rabbit hole researching 2 door Broncos. I've seen a lot of comments that the base model offers the most bang for the buck (I tend to agree). I will just be using this for a daily driver and probably not doing any offroading of consequence. My question is what am I missing...

Is the 3.73 gearing an issue if using this as a daily driver and not much (if any) off road use?

Is this only an issue with the 2.7 or does it also happen on the 2.3?
