My headliner came uninstalled for some reason, and I have not yet installed it myself due to the Washington rain and the fact that I would have to take the rear shell off. After this thread though, I think I am just going to not bother.

Has to be something with your account. I also have a 2022 Black Diamond mid package and it connected just fine. Edit: Oh, are we thinking it is due to the 90-day nav option expiring? Mine is in the tail end of that not but not yet expired. If that is the case, also will be super disappointed.
