UPDATE: dealer called and said they have all the parts in EXCEPT a $2 gasket thats backordered until 8/23! 😂😭 so i wont have my bronco till at least end of august, i guess the only good news is they are extending my loaner until its done

i was 12/22/22 build, delivered 1/4/23 so yea could be a batch issue but theres been a bunch of older broncos having the same issues as us so seems like it hasnt been figured out yet. Just curious if they released a revised part for this fix or is it just the same part and hoping for a better...

well other than the embaressment of starting your brand new vehicle and it sounding like rocks floating around, yea wear on the cam phasers, they said they had to order a package of 20x parts that ford wants them to replace so i dont know if that includes cam shafts or not i guess ill find out...

i have 2.7 auto, but i am curious if other people got it to work or just me…reason is when i emailed to get the beta i also gave them my vin, so im wondering if this beta software is really supposed to recognize all 23s or if they are manually adding vins in their database to get it to work if...

i chatted with ford about this and believe ive seen other ppl post about it as well but ford said this is a known software issue and the fix is coming in OTA update in february so until then all 23 broncos wont work with fordpass

ill add my 2 cents, just finished replacing the silver rings with black rings on my Badlands. I was very nervous after reading this thread. I ordered the black rings from ford accessories and used this torx socket set from amazon specifically the T45. Connected it to a 12 inch 3/8 drive...

oh one more thing, my dealer experience was overall good, but they did try telling me there was no price protection certificate available in smart vincent and that i didnt qualify for price protection. I told them hold on let me call ford marketing team and after about 10 minutes on the phone...

FYI - i was a 12/17 blend date and just this afternoon got my modules showing (after checking every hour or so) so it def takes a few days, no tear tag yet either, tracker still showing in production
