I have never bought a new vehicle that wasn't already on the dealer lot. I understand that there will be a moment in time that my dealership's sales guy calls me to complete my order and then there is a long wait for vehicle delivery... But I don't understand what that means for my wallet. ;)...

I was able to reserve the FE 2-Door from my preferred dealer - but what is this ADM you are talking about? I guess from the discussion that it is a dealer mark-up over the MSRP simply because they can!?!
