Have had AA lock up on me at least once a day since buying the Bronco a year ago. Tried every tip listed here and elsewhere with no apparent effect. Multiple OTA updates provided no relief. Was starting to loose hope that AA will ever be usable. Then the tech at KMF applied "GWM update MT232437...
My driver side window rattles audibly when opening and closing the door. Not 100% sure but that seems to be a relatively recent development, I don't recall hearing that through the first 9 months of ownership.
Not sure if there is anything the dealer can do about it, or if it a feature of the...
Every few months the Bronco reminds me that there is some dorm of data sharing with Ford, stating they it can be disabled in settings. On superficial inspection it was never obvious how to do so, and I assumed it is something minor and depersonalized. Then I read this...
Thinking of installing fog lights in the HD bumper. Not interested in paying $$$$$ for BD, DD. Will install with a generic bracket from Amazon

I like the looks of these SAE fogs

But not sure if 3" is too much for the inner most position of the HD...
Contemplating installing the Mabbet raptor style fog lights but not too excited about using two upfitter switches. Was thinking of tying the the white fogs into the low beams and running only the orange ones to an upfitter switch. Have seen wiring diagrams of the low beams circuit posted here...
Could not figure out from the discussion here whether the BD has the fog light wiring harness , so today I pulled off the beauty covers and found no harnesses. Makes sense, since you can't get Lux with the BD.
Oh well, now I have to decide if I want to tie up two AUX switches with fog lights.
Installed a set of Morimoto XRGBs today. There was a set of pigtails (image attached below) in the box. However the included instruction manual said absolutely nothing about using them so I left them out as the headlights seemed to work fine. Now that I have everything together I see that the...
I like the subdued look of the OEM rock sliders but don't love the fact that they provide almost no protection for the door panels that bulge out. The typical sliders with side steps provide plenty of protection but I dislike the look. Who offers something in between?

Doesn't affect Bronco owners but points to poor decision making at Ford to appease the bean counters. The bad publicity and costs to offset it easily offsets the measly savings. My wife has it on her car...
Have been looking for an economy tool wrap for some time. Have plenty of decent but not special hand tools at home and did not feel like spending $350+ on a preassembled one. On the other hand the economy tool wraps on Amazon all look bulky and made from excessively heavy duty canvas, without...
Installed a Viofo A139 pro into a 2023 BD this weekend and ran into a slight problem with wifi connectivity to the camera.
The Bronco has wireless Android Auto, which automatically launches a wifi connection to the phone when the car powers up. That precludes establishing a wifi connection to...
I currently have a license plate mounted forward camera on my BD. It does the job of telling me how close I can get to something in front of me but the field of view is not nearly sufficient to be of much use on the trail. I ordered a bunch of stuff from Amazon to test
The cameras
#1...
Design looks similar to the Kid Chaos (which no longer seems to be sold). Far more reasonably priced than the BroncBueater brace
https://barnes4wd.com/products/bronco-tie-rod-sleeve
Any options on them?
Speaking of BroncBuster, there seems to be knockoffs on eBaybfor half the price but I am not...
WTB an OEM roof rack for a 4Dr in San Diego. Will drive up to OC but not much more north than that. Let me know what you have and how much you are asking. Looking to pay around what it costs as an add-on on a factory order.

Was installing a radar detector above the rear view mirror today, had to flip it over in order to connect taps for the RD power. Forgot to flip the mirror back and noticed that the moment I power up the vehicle the mirror is fully dimmed, as if it is the middle of the night. Returning the...
I only need to plug a USB cable in my phone for recharging while I am on a long road trip. But that seems to trigger a switch from wireless to wired AA, which also seems to frequently trigger freezes in AA as the connection is being switched. So want AA to only run wireless and use the cable for...
Decided to see if operating Android Auto only as wired solves the plethora of issues. TLDR - it doesn't. So today I reenabled wireless AA on the vehicle but noticed that my phone does not automatically connect over wifi. Also noticed an additional phone that had appeared on my phone list...

Not sure if this will fix anything for those of us with crappy AA experience. Mine freezes at least 3x/day, and I am yet to find anything that makes it better. Not sure this is a Ford...
