Quality issues 100%, I've broken my Bronco more than 7 times in a year, I beat the h$#l out of it tho, but my Bronco since stock till now has always been compared with my buddy's modded jeeps, sort of unfair but you never see the bronco compare with stock jeeps only fully built.
Besides that...
my shutter isn't opening and I've been postponing the fix until last night I realized the second turbo isn't building boost, so I guess the computer doesn't like the fact that it can't control that gate.
Any ideas on how to get rid of that ? I'd like to remove the vents too but I'm thinking...
I think you are right with most if not all the things you said, I’m waiting confirmation from @74Weld on the Dana’s 60s
when it to the suspension, that’s were I’d say you don’t really have to worry, you can always improve the shocks without affecting height much
I got some good news for you, you’ll be able to drive fast with these Quinn tested them on hes tacoma at highway speed, also you can add air lockers or swapp the diff to a e locker instead of welding
I think you can also swap to a Dana 60 because our Dana 40s are ford it’s mostly bolt on and...
I can see myself doing portals next year,
so it'd be like this
wicked LT kit +3.5
icon rebound pros positive 10 mm +1
portals +2 ?
so... ~6.5" per side, a whooping almost 14" wider, that's trophy truck width grounds
portals will always be better than traditional lift on IFSs, but as I have told quinn many times, that price is too step as the firsts mod, if you mod your truck the traditional way you'll spend way more to achieve less but you can do it over time, as we portals you have to put it all upfront or...
- fully digital cluster, maybe port the one from the bronco sport?
- quick disconnect metallic steering wheel with some smart buttons (how porche does it in their 911s maybe?)
I wish these come in negative, I have the rebound pro +10 and when I upgraded to 37 it rubs on the uca, a negative one would give me peace of mine, not sure if 0 would do it for me, possibly but it'd be an expensive experiment haha, Great design tho! I've been loving my rebounds pro
