Mission fail. Placed the full RV grade seal on the rack and 0 intrusive road noise or whistle. Next experiment is to get another RV seal that doesn’t touch the paint. Current RV seal is folded up and sitting against the paint.

It appears on the surface that the tubing and wire harness was added but not the turn signal with rear washer.
