I've never heard of a cash rebate/discount applied when you buy an extended warranty... Usually those apply if you choose to finance through Ford. Since you already put money down, have a your loan through another creditor, and signed your contract, there is nothing they can do... Get a lawyer...

If your dealer doesn't have a body shop then it should be outsourced to a local body shop. Have the re paint the entire hood though...

I heard that all remaining 23' orders that haven't gone into production will be canceled come October to make way for the new 24's. There is no more base, every model is now getting the big 12" screen, and there are a bunch of other upgrades coming for 24'. I really hope this stupid strike...
