There is nothing wrong with the RC lift to start with. I have a 5" RC lift and the only downside I have found is the uca's. The point of that lift is to lower the front suspension entirely creating less drastic angles.
I have had the same experience since the drilling event 😆 I added a one way or check valve as I didn't see one anywhere in the windshield portion. It hasn't worked either so I will be replacing the washer motor next.
It works just fine. Be sure to calibrate for tire size though. You will probably want an SAS takeoff coilover or something a little better, the Hitachi's are a little light for a 37.
The 80 psi is at the max weight the tire is rated at. Take the total weight of your Bronco then divide by 4 and you will have your weight per tire which will be roughly half of the tire max weight rating which is also half the psi. Or just do the chalk test to avoid the math.
