I’ve had my Bronco since 9/22, it’s got a soft top and I love it!
I live in CO and I use it year round, the soft top is great.
I do have a whistle from the top right above the B pillar that starts at about 60 mph. What’s weird is if I push the recirc button on the AC the whistle stops. It must cause a slight change in pressure. I’ve inspected both sides of the top in detail but I can’t find anything different the passenger and driver side that would make it whistle. Has anyone else had a similar experience?

Make sure it's snapped down...maybe it popped loose?

It is the accessory caps at the top of the windshield. Had that problem with ours.

I tried that. The key here is the recirc button, something about the pressure inside at speed.

mine top warns me at 80 mph that I should probably recognize im on 35s and slow down
It's a feature, not a problem.
