Well to follow up, I just got the truck back and the rattle is gone! They replaced the throwout bearing and the 5th and 6th gear syncronizers. Hopefully that will be it but the true test will be the Canadian mid January starts this coming winter but for now it's gone!! Thanks again to all who...
