I’m a self proclaimed noob to the off-road scene so take this as you will: 33s seem to be the sweet spot for an all around rig. I’m hoping there’s some kind of factory option for 33s on lower trims like BD and BB. Having to adjust gearing and speedometer sounds like a pain later and I would...
@GreatDaneMom Hey! The 2-door DOES get the modular top :)
I confirmed yesterday with all three reps (because there's tons of conflicting info floating around and I'm stubborn) that those big rear windows will also be removable on the 2-door modular top just like on the 4-door. Lots of air flow...
Do they have a texture to them? Was worried they'd be like legit boat seats but the pictures make them look more coarse/grippy than leather. Appreciate the intel man!
Can anybody confirm if the marine vinyl interior has a texture to it? All the pictures make it look somewhere between leather and a tight synthetic weave.
@GiddyUp No sweat dude we're all friends here--it's funny, when I was in college I worked in the service department of a Hennessy dealer. Different manufacture but I have a lot of respect for the family. Disappointed they're refusing to play ball. Oh well.
@Peter Gosenya that’s exactly what’s going on. Most dealers are betting on ADM, people backing out, and flipping for big money. I’m actually curious how I’ll be received when I show up for my first service. No idea where I’m going to take my Granger rig lol
There are worse things than saving more money and giving Ford more time to work out the kinks on a new product. Praying none of our First Edition friends have to author a "Leaking top" thread lol
Officially made the switch on my first reservation. Thinking about taking the October deal on my second just in case they drop something juicy for "late availability" with B&P. I'd feel some type of way if 4 extra months could get me forest green or a v6 manual lol
