With the distressed flag what mesh do you use for the base for the graphic? I didn't see any option to select it and I assumed it's the black. I like the Titanium but not sure it mattters with a graphic.

Ford it's a more than just him issue. This is a systemic issue of many Broncos. The windows seem to just be poorly engineered. You will need to come out with a fix for this I am sure. Too many people reporting the same thing for it to be a one off.
