  1. Mid Badlands vs Lux Badlands Sasquatch. Differences between the two after 2800 miles.

My corrected statement should have been don't spend the money on the leather seats as it adds the carpet, but the power seats are nice. Also save your money from adding SAS package.
  2. Mid Badlands vs Lux Badlands Sasquatch. Differences between the two after 2800 miles.

USB on dash, I’ll probably never use, carpet on floor restricts the “fun” you can have, ease of clean ability, rear cargo area carpeted now I have to buy a cargo floor liner, I’d also not get the SAS as the measurement don’t really get you anything. It’s mostly tire height. I’d end up replacing...
  3. Guess I'll start the pre-delivery Bronco checklist, look these items over carefully.

Was at my dealer to pickup my Bronco and she says your 2nd one is the least damaged unit so far. Here's the short list I have. -Fender badge chipped or bubbles -Front of rear passenger door about 6" down from front door handle along edge, both Broncos damaged, scratch on one, door ding on the...
  4. Design changes or just differences in packages?

Good catch... I didn't pay attention to the bumper I was focused on the end caps.
  5. Design changes or just differences in packages?

So I have BL SAS the rear bumper trim pieces are different that an OBX. Mine is a later build and the OBX is early build. Also the Ford engineering group decided the windsheild washer filler neck design was junk and decided the fix was a tywrap. Newer design Presumed old design Pre engineering...

Rear seat Leather has cup holders, MGV does not (looks stretched, less wrinkles)
  7. Mid Badlands vs Lux Badlands Sasquatch. Differences between the two after 2800 miles.

The whole seat is MGV same thing on the Leather the whole thing. Both look the same, MGV has a silver gray accent on seat
  8. Mid Badlands vs Lux Badlands Sasquatch. Differences between the two after 2800 miles.

MGV feels softer (like fine leather) and would be easier to clean, as we do a lot of beach trips. Leather doesn’t like to be wet (bathing suits). So over time I feel the MGV is a better choice for us. Happy with the leather but it feels stiff compared to my platinum F150, and they are not the...
  9. Mid Badlands vs Lux Badlands Sasquatch. Differences between the two after 2800 miles.

That’s a good one, I’d guess rubberized will confirm later tonight. Going to stampede an ice cream place with several Broncos. I’ll check the other guys Bronco.

My dealer was great to work with and help navigate the how to get it earlier matrix. Our non SAS was optioned without SAS and with soft top early in the order process. She had a bunch of allocations and is not a volume dealer and my reservation dates were early. The second one was ordered as a...
  11. Mid Badlands vs Lux Badlands Sasquatch. Differences between the two after 2800 miles.

The SAS is better at tracking straight over the non SAS. Increase in sidewall over the non SAS makes for a less jolting feel over bumps. It's like the SAS is 35psi tires and the non SAS is 80psi, not actually but it feels that way.
  12. Mid Badlands vs Lux Badlands Sasquatch. Differences between the two after 2800 miles.

Drain plug is there but it's a rubber plug rather than the twist open plug.
  13. Mid Badlands vs Lux Badlands Sasquatch. Differences between the two after 2800 miles.

That guy with the only Bronco on the beach with 50+ Jeeps around getting stuck.
  14. Mid Badlands vs Lux Badlands Sasquatch. Differences between the two after 2800 miles.

Traded it back to the dealer for $15K more than MSRP plus saved $3K ish on taxes.
  15. Mid Badlands vs Lux Badlands Sasquatch. Differences between the two after 2800 miles.

The BFG's did fine in the sand, but if your in someone else's tracks and it's washboard the Bronco will want to "dig" it's way through. Never got stuck OBX sand is loose and deep. I did not air down so this was part of the digging it effect. Only Bronco on the beach for the last 10 weeks and I...

Incorrect Android auto does it wirelessly with both units but Apple only does it with the larger unit. And the larger one has a split screen that you can flip flop. Audio on left navigation on right or flip it.
  17. Mid Badlands vs Lux Badlands Sasquatch. Differences between the two after 2800 miles.

That's correct, the road, engine (dron) noise is less intrusive. The hard top is going to make a world of difference. 9 month wait on this.
