So just got my Bronco Back after 2nd attempt at hard top replacement (first was damaged in transit).
Picked up today..... they didn't replace the sound Sound Deading Liner (which I paid to upgrade with purchase) and its already damaged...... do we just accept that while we love our Broncos they...
Just got a call from Dealership that the replacement top was damaged in transit. They also told me that the would need to remove glass windows and move them to the new top??? Anyone? That sounds like additional leaking waiting to happen
I Have an active recall for ACCESSORY PROTOCOL INTERFACE MODULE SOFTWARE UPDATE.... dealer had 2 days said you can come get your bronco the fix ford told us to do wont work.. My last update was, well, never gotten one!
Took mine to dealer this morning for Recall replacement... Thought it was odd service manager went out and took a picture of rock chip in a pillar.... guess they know whats coming......
API Module won't update recall.
Seriously? I am without a car for 2 days and the dealer says... "we contacted Ford directly and they said a fix of the fix should be available soon......
Supposed to take back on 20th (2-3 day repair) windshield recall.
Anyone know how to get ahold of Ford...
