WTF- FORD "You can come get your Bronco we can't fix the recall" (API Module won't update recall)

API Module won't update recall.

Seriously? I am without a car for 2 days and the dealer says... "we contacted Ford directly and they said a fix of the fix should be available soon......

Supposed to take back on 20th (2-3 day repair) windshield recall.

Anyone know how to get ahold of Ford passed the dealer. 2 recalls in first 6 months, anyone bet that ?

What would you ask Ford to do exactly? Stop fixing recalls on your vehicle because 2 is too many?

They aren't full of shit, it's a known issue and Ford engineering is currently working to resolve it. Replacing the part wont accomplish anything considering its a programming issue.

Any update on this? Mine wasn't updating and they said the same thing after they discussed the recall is the reason why its not getting OTA updates.
