The Bronco is like a mustang, camaro, corvette, etc - it may be impractical, but it was meant to be a 2-door.
Past summer me, the wife, and our 21 year-old son did a 6200 mile round trip from Florida out to Nevada, hitting Colorado and Utah in my 2-door. We had a roof rack to help out but we...
Has anyone experienced leaking through the tops?
Nope
Valve problems in the 6 cylinder?
Nope
Excessive or annoying tire noise?
Nope Wind noise - on the highway, yup. On surface streets - Nope.
Overall how satisfied are you with your Bronco?
I'm at 28,882 miles today. Had it since 6...
The green is an okay shade but not feeling the gold - especially with the amber headlights.
The combo kinda hides the "bronco-ness" of the vehicle.
Maybe it is the lighting.
Start 'em early. Nearly any passion you share with your kids early enough, they will likely lean into - unless they associate it with bad memories. Then the opposite will happen.
Air bags being replaced are like 2-5k. So if all the damage plus that is more than the value, then yes to being totaled. If not, then nope. It is just such a high cost - that is why some vehicles might get 'totaled' just for having them deploy.
Welcome. Nice color and I love the 2-doors.
Is that a stock photo? I ask because you mentioned Badlands but that isn't the trim level in the picture...
Since it is a Bronco, a 2-door was a must. I mean, who would want to buy a 4-door Corvette, amirite? ;)
Colors - well Ford screwed the pooch with arguably the worst color palette you could get - 5 shades of gray, black, white and then 4 colors I would actually consider:
Fauxrange, bright...
Only issues I had (and why I didn't buy anything) were storage room and wanting to buy stuff I needed.
After 14,000 miles, I knew what I definitely needed to continue to do what I wanted and what I am still on the fence about.
Reaction time is the deal-breaker for me. Average reaction time is 1.5 to 3 tenths of a second. The ASS feels like it takes forever to turn on - although even if it takes 1 second that is more than 3x slower than the average reaction time.
Plus it freaks me out when I arrive at a light, and...
100% this.
I have had my 2-door Badlands since December 2021.
In those 14,000 miles I know what I actually "need":
Winch
Rear bumper
Diff cover
Shock skids
rock slider that can double as a step
roof rack
I used the wait time to save up and plan on buying a ton of stuff over the next 2...
My wife and I climbed into the back of the 2-door when we attended the Off-Roadeo in June 2021. We climbed in fairly easily given our ages (we have college kids) and our heights (under 5'10 for both of us).
Having our 2-door for almost a year, overweight and people with leg-weakness have...

2.3 has been around since 2015 - in production for 7 years.
If you want an anecdote: My 2.7 has 13,500 trouble free miles.
