  1. Thanks for your help

Ohhhhh thank you! Missed the part in original post where @Maanameg said “Outer Banks WITH Sasquatch”. Zone Off-road kit for vehicles with the Sasquatch package. If it was me, if you already had the Sasquatch package I’d probably do upper control arms too. But apparently it’s not required so… 🤷‍♂️
  2. Thanks for your help

So you’re looking at a spacer lift or perch collar. They are the cheapest lifts. Come with a few downsides, but if you aren’t lifting beyond 2” they’re reasonably safe. LOTS of kits exist. Zone Offroad and Rough Country seem to be very popular options, but I’m sure they’re others.
  3. Thanks for your help

Mmm need more specifics: How high of a lift do you want? (Roughly) how much money do you want to spend? Hundreds? Thousands? Do you want any suspension performance gains? Or are you okay with just a lift?
  4. Wheel hub rust!?

    Normal. Unpainted & untreated metal.
  5. Help with bead lock torque questions?

I assume you are referring to wheels with actual beadlock rings and not the trim rings that ship with the Bronco. But if you are referring to the trim rings... Loctite and send it, they're just trim pieces. If you have actual beadlocks, they have a fairly lengthy tightening pattern you'll need...
  6. Beadlock Rings

They do indeed work. The MSRP is only slightly cheaper (~$10 or so per-ring basis) and the big downside is the F-150 kit only comes with 4 rings, while the Bronco obviously has 5 full-sized tires. So you end up having to buy a kit of 4 and a single. BUT, because the F-150 kit has been around...
  7. Tire Size Question w/ K02's

Honestly I think people are just uneducated about tire sizes. The Euro-metric tire sizes are measured based off of the finished tire. Meanwhile the American sizes are based off of the mold and not the finished tire. Why?? I have no idea, probably the same reason why a 2x4 is actually 1.5" x...
  8. Heritage Edition Wheels Weight (lbs) and Specs (offset, width, bolt / lug pattern / hub bore)

Admittedly I don't have a thread for it, there are just common questions that get asked over and over again. So I have a bunch of notes on my PC so it's easier to answer those questions. There are threads that do have a lot of this information in them, but often the original posters stop...
  9. Heritage Edition Wheels Weight (lbs) and Specs (offset, width, bolt / lug pattern / hub bore)

93.1 And thanks for the tag @Bschurr ... updating the list.
  10. Neagative offset wheels questions

If you just have negative offset wheels at the normal width of 8-9 inches you don't really have to do anything. It all depends on what tire you install. 35s +30 offset wheel or less with a width of 8.5-inches Removal of the crash bars. 37s +18 offset or less Approx. 2" - 3" lift New upper...
  11. Why don’t people like the OEM tires/wheels?

I think all of the wheel/tire selections on all of the trims make perfect sense EXCEPT the Goodyear Territory MTs—the Sasquatch tire. The Goodyear Territory MTs are an All-Terrain tire (marketed by Ford as a Mud-Terrain) that do not have a 3-Peak rating. So they’re a bad All-Terrain and a bad...
  12. Falken launches Falken Wildpeak A/T4W all-terrain tires

It's a trade-off. Heavier tires typically (but not always) have sturdier construction. Falken has beefy 3-ply sidewalls on their off-road oriented tires in the Wildpeak line, which means more protection while on the trail. If you are the type that is constantly rubbing their sidewalls against...
  13. Bronco Heritage Edition Wheels Part Number #?

It was a VIN number so someone with HVBOM access could look it up. But apparently flip already did it in that other thread --- Which means my list is complete: Base: KB3Z-1015-E Big Bend: M2DZ-1007-M Black Diamond Steel: KB3Z-1015-D Aluminum: M2DZ-1007-P Outer Banks: M2DZ-1007-T Badlands...
  14. Bronco Heritage Edition Wheels Part Number #?

Oooooooo guess what wheel isn't in Ecat. This the part where we ask a dealer employee to pull up an HVBOM for us. But chances are you won't be able to order it outside of warranty work. And... cough-PLA70019-cough.
  15. WHAT OFFSET DO I NEED TO PREVENT RUBBING?

I don't think there is a true definitive answer to that question. A lot of it depends on your exactly lift and tires you go with. A lot of people claim they have no rubbing, but they've also never completely flexed out their suspension before. I will say the majority of folks going 37s have 0...
  16. Falken launches Falken Wildpeak A/T4W all-terrain tires

The A/T4W is a 3-Peak tire. The other tire they launched recently that a lot of people were interested in... the Wildpeak R/T... is not 3-Peak tire unfortunately. (Otherwise I would have already bought it.)
  17. Falken launches Falken Wildpeak A/T4W all-terrain tires

Yeah... you can tell Goodyear really focused on fuel economy with the Territories. Guess I shouldn't be surprised cause I think the Territory MTs were specifically designed to be factory/OEM tires, and obviously vehicle manufacturers need to hit their fuel economy targets. But it is kinda crazy...
  18. Falken launches Falken Wildpeak A/T4W all-terrain tires

Ah yeah… forgot about Nitto—though I guess Nitto and Toyo are one and the same, just different brands within the same company. My problem with Nittos is all of the sizes I want are E rated, and on the more popular tires there seems to be a “Nitto tax” attached to them. Nitto has done a good job...
  19. Falken launches Falken Wildpeak A/T4W all-terrain tires

    Looks like Falken just launched the A/T4W... replacing the A/T3W. Lots of good sizes available, some that caught my eye: 285/75R17 (34s) - C load rating 285/75R17 (34s) - E load rating 315/70R17 (35s) - C load rating 35x11.5R17 - C load rating 35x12.5R17 - E load rating 37x12.5R17 - E load...
