It's unclear as to why Ford deletes the lower rocker cover. I assume it was because I had step rails.
The part for both sides was $222 from LEVITTOWN FORD PARTS. The covers are molded plastic and adhere via the 3M strips provided.

Bought some spray-in Bedliner and some blue painter’s tape. The results are fabulous (IMO). The truck looks higher because the painted body isn’t as low. I also coated that big control arm bolt, which will otherwise be a rusty eyesore in a year.
