underpowered

Has anyone had an issue running a MagSafe phone charger off their dash USB port? I got a new MagSafe charger with a cooling fan and it doesn’t work when plugged into my dash USB ports nor does it work when plugged into the console USB ports. It did work using the cigarette lighter port located...
