12” display gone dark

The display on my bronco does not come on (all of a sudden). I disconnected for a period of time but still doesn’t work

Try pressing and holding the "power" and "forward skip" buttons for 5-10 seconds, to force an infotainment system reset.

I had tried that too. Saw that on a previous post.

I had this happen on a Subaru Outback. They had to replace the entire head unit under warranty.
