Looks like my Bronco will be seeing the New Year in easier than expected with the addition of 4 x LP6's from @Baja Designs and an AceCraft Bolt on Mount bar. I am still working out the exact final setup for the relays but I couldn't wait to at least power them up. I was initial concerned they would look like an afterthought and hang out to far but the mount bar keeps them in as close as possible which I was happy about.

I put up a post about the Factory Aux switchs but figured I would keep it all in here. The LP6 are rated at 7.5AMPS on High and Low beam. They recommend 14 ga wire for a single light and 12 ga for two.

The Ford supplies AUX switches have 1.5mm2 which we will say is 16 AWG so no where near enough to handle the load.

Added to that is theneed to ensure Low and High Beam on the LP6's is not engaged at once. BD offer a Lock Out Harness as suggested by @swamp2 but it only supports 2 lights and would need to be cut to fit or I would have a heap of left over wires .
Based on that I figure its easier to just make a custom loom to suit the application.

Nice looking light bar! My LP6, just 2 are insanely bright with such good spread too. Still haven't done final aiming (of these or the bumper pocket lights either).

Very nice setup. I like that light bar. I just finished my lights today, NovSight Halo 6' on the bumper and 4.5' ditchs. I got the bar from a custom shop in Miami. Came out well.

You mentioned relays for the lights. The control (coil) side of the relays barely pull 1 amp so you can connect them to lightest amperage factory switches to control them. I have done that with all my accessory lights. No issues at all. The power side to the lights must have the proper gauge wiring and typically run from the battery.
Any lights without relays must be installed with switches and wiring that can handle the full load of the light(s).
That’s what makes relays so great. You can control (switch) hi amperage loads with low amperage switches.

Thanks for the feedbck. I have decided to loom up the 4 x LP6's with some 16 GA Tefzel and then will use two 35A relays to get the switching I needand limit the ability to turn on high and low at the same tiime . End state will be the Hi and Low will switch on a fused 35Amp relay and the Ambers will take a feed from its own switch. That will eat 3 of the 5 remaining Aux switches I have and if I run out, being they are on a relay I will just switch them off the factory fog lights and ambers if needed.
Now I just need to find a factory looking location for the relays.

I use double sided tape (and adhesion promotor) to stick them right above where the aux wires come out of the firewall

I have no idea what that means, are you talking about at the factory tails ? If so I just added a DT6 so will loom off that

Looking good. Tefzel - nice stuff, but a bit overkill, even for underhood. Did you not shrink some of your heat shrink yet in that picture?

I got a free hole here that fit one of my 2 relays perfectly. I drilled another hole just outboard of this spot for the second.

That's a great looking, low profile setup - Santa had you on the "nice" list. :D

Does this shop sell them? I have the same baja style bar on mine. I was looking for a light mount without having to sacrifice swapping my Turn Offroad Baja Bullbar.

The shop is Dalto Shop Miami. He does a LOT of custom work on Off-road, performance and classic vehicles. When I asked about a bar, he told me he had that covered.

I think he sells them? I'll ask about it on Monday. There are a few bars that should work. I had looked around before he told me he would take care of it.

https://www.wildhorses4x4.com/wh-stealth-mod-bumper-light-mount

That was one I looked at. I was told it could fit. There were two more I need to find in my FAVS links...The Motely is nice as well. I've been told it will fit, and it will not fit. I think it may be a height issue with Motely, depending on the lights.

Definitely let me know. I'm looking to order some lights this week and would like a fit-proven mount. Yours looks killer.
