Bronco Posts Best Q4 & Full-Year Sales Record in 2025, 34% YoY Increase

Bronco notched its best Q4 and full year ever with 36,086 sales (+12.0%) in Q4 and 146,007 sales (+33.7%) for the year. The Bronco family (Bronco + Bronco Sport) collectively hit a record 280,500 SUVs (+19.9%). The affordable entry model Bronco and Bronco Big Bend trims more than doubled their sales for the year.

Off-road performance trims (Raptor, Tremor, Timberline, FX4) accounted for 20.6% of Ford’s U.S. total mix this year, up 2.0 points compared to a year ago. Sales of offroad performance trims were up 17.6% in 2025 on sales of 453,433 trucks and SUVs.

Within the Off-road performance trims, Raptor had its best year on record. Sales are up 8.9% for the year, with Bronco Raptor up 7.8%, Ranger Raptor up 18.8%, and F150 Raptor up 6.1%.

Great news. When you look at something like the Ranger Raptor, its price point competes directly w the Tacoma TRD off road.
But you get so much more motor, off road hardware and capability for the same money it’s ridiculous!

There's no question Ford is offering some very desirable products, despite the negative quality/recall association. If they could get their @#$! together on quality, they could be kicking everybody's arse completely. Real opportunity lost there.

it seems that a lot of mfgs are having quality issues. Toyota’s latest Tacoma no longer has frame mounted front bump stops - instead they incorporate it into the aluminum (not steel!) suspension caps resulting in many suspension failures.
Driving Sports Tv’s youtube review on the Tac Trailhunter just a couple of days ago ended abruptly due to vehicle issues. TFL’s Tac grenaded it’s front locker and Toyota said that was per design..
the Toyota 3.5 twin turbo debacle that is ongoing - seizing main bearings. The list goes on.

so yeah, Ford does have issues. But they are not the only ones. Their issues however seem to be fixable by tightening up QC, vs having to redesign major parts.

Yeah that full year sales record is interesting. I am sure the huge rebates helped push the abundance of 2024 units out the door. Mine was just over 20% lower than sticker.

it’s shocking that the only Chrysler you can buy are minivans, Pacifica and Voyager.

I doubt the data is available to the public (I know it exists..), I'd love to see the breakdown of male/female ownership. I swear, most Wrangler drivers I see are female, and typically, quite young.

I'm still shocked they sell that many, given how they drive. The large percentage of female owners explains some of it...

I worked with a guy that previously had worked on a Ford assembly line.

This was many decades ago but it seems nothing has changed.

He said the focus was meeting production quotas at pretty much any cost. That when he later was assigned to the QC section, he was berated for actually finding the issues. Which would result in the vehicle being turned around and sent back down the line for correction. Thus dropping shift production numbers. Was told that the dealers would handle anything QC related.

Thanks to heavy competition blocking with tariffs 25-100% and huge discounts !

Soviets has similar success with similar competitive blocking haha.

Maybe I miss remembered how it was handled BUT the vehicle needing QC rework didn't count against their shift quota.
