I have 2 4 door Black Diamond orders with the same color, interior, and technology and the one I want less is built. Don’t hate me for this question. I been waiting for years as well.

Orders:

1) Black Diamond, base wheels/suspension, no tow package, inline 4 cylinder engine. That one is built and being delivered to the dealership in the next few weeks. Ordered in February 2022 as a prayer Bc I was/am still waiting on the Sasquatch V6 Bronco.

2) Black Diamond, Sasquatch, tow package, V6 engine. No idea when I will get it. Ordered late 2020

Question: Do I flip the cheaper Bronco or keep it and put bigger wheels/suspension on it?

Cost/profit, wait time, smaller engine are the factors. I did buy a Jeep Grand Cherokee Bc my other car died in the waiting process so I can wait for the V6 Sasquatch. What to do with the Jeep is a whole other situation. Thank you!

everyone will say sas here. what do you want and how will you use it? do you have price protection?

is the lift for the looks? do you want different rims? is it just normal offroading? save the cash and go non-sas

rock crawling/extreme offroading? plan to keep the stock sas setup? go sas.

drop the tow unless you need 7-pin. can do 4-pin for 800 from the dealer. 6 is a nice to have, 4 is great and no complaints.

Depends on what you're going to do with it. I am impatient, so I ordered a Big Bend with nothing other than the mid pkg and customized it to my liking after the fact. I have been very happy with it, but looks matter more to me than off-road capability.

I am in a similar situation except that I'm waiting for a BL, 2.7, SAS, MIC, LUX, TOW (i.e. all the constraints), & keypad. I've heard nothing about it getting built since ordering it 1/21. On 3/7/22 I ordered a BD 2.3, auto, soft-top, MID, & Keypad.
I picked up the BD on Monday and I plan to drive it and trade it in when the BL arrives (if Ford ever decides to build it). I don't think I'll lose any money on the trade and I'll get to drive a Bronco while Ford plays games with the commodities.

SAS package comes with Ford Warranty. Any upgrades, lift, lockers, etc you add later are not warrantied by Ford. I waited 23 months for BL/SAS......NO REGRETS. I love this thing.

Cheaper on the loan is always better if you can afford the mods after. Don’t want to pay more due to interes.
