I've seen a handful of users putting 33s on their Base or Big Bend Broncos, trying to get a sense of how happy people are with this change? With any luck, I'll have a base coming in January or February, and want to switch out the factory tires pretty much immediately. I've been leaning towards 32s, but after test driving a Badlands, really like the look of the 33s. That said, this will be my daily, so don't want to sacrifice quality of life/gas mileage for what will mostly be cosmetics (and about .4" difference in ground clearance from 32s to 33s). I'd really like to hear from anyone that had the factory tires on a Base or Big Bend with 3.73 gearing and if they've noticed significant changes in shifting or fuel economy. Finally, are there any drivetrain wear concerns with 33s on 3.73? I feel more comfortable with 32s since the Big Bend without lockers comes that way from the factory. Debating between 255/75 17s and 285/70 17s in a Wrangler Duratrac (with Wrangler on the sidewall, oh the humanity) or Cooper AT3s.
