I asked the same question to a week ago and was told to not go wider than 11.5 inches to avoid rubbing the upper control arms. If you go with 12.5, you might need to run a spacer. That said, one of my sales guys is running SAS takeoffs on his demo BB with stock wheels and swears it doesn't rub.

So I am going to have 2 broncos one i got from dealer as I was impatient. This one is non SAS. My order is finally scheduled but is a SAS. My Wife is laying claim to this since my current one is a manual. Can I swap the tires without any issues?

11.5" on the +55mm offset wheels makes sense. Throwing on 35x12.5" mounted to the +30mm Sas wheels should work, too.

That's the next option, just hate it because I got the optional wheels on this one and like how my current one rides on the BFG 33s. Want a KO2 in 35 if I can make it work.

I've been considering the Optional wheels too, love them. What's your position on running 1" spacers?

We put a set on a customer's vehicle because he went big meat but wasn't ready to drop coin on wheels. I'm not a huge fan because they weren't hub centric and it changes the load geometry on the suspension. I know spacers have been run for eons without bad results but since I'm on this side of the business, would rather not deal with the additional variables like NVH or potential warranty concerns. It sounds silly considering all the other modifications we're making to these things, just rather see correct wheels used or smaller tires in the long term. Would I use them on my personal vehicle? Yes, if they're hub centric and no more than 1" and that was my only option.

I have had zero issues with my spacers and 315/70/17 tires on the alt. BL wheels. ~ 8K miles on them. On and off road.

Town and Country - TC customs did a youtube video about a year ago with Bronco Nation on this. They tried 35s with 2 different back space rims and 37s on a Non Squatch BL. Worth Watching.
