Hope not to cause alarm, but here is my delivery story on a Badlands Sas.
The good:
I basically bought at 7K of MSRP. Dealer honored price at the time of order minus the $2,395 private customer cash. MSRP had increased $4795 since order and dealer ate that.
The Bad:
Had 90 miles.
Had a cracked windshield.
I asked the dealer not to touch it. I wanted to wash, clay, polish and ceramic coat without the dealer adding any swirls. Upon washing I noticed significant acid rain damage. Took back to dealer and there collision center painter confirm the acid rain was down to and through the e coat in some spots.
Only real option is to repaint hood, 1 door, 1 quarter and 1 fender.
They did agree to do the paint work onsite and send it to a premium local detail shop to cut, buff and polish.
