There are a few threads on the raptor tailgate reinforcement saying that it only works with the BRaptor tailgate hinges. However based on the ford parts website, the upper and lower hinges as well as the hinge reinforcements are the same part numbers.

And I thought maybe the tailgates were different because it specified Raptor series but my Base Sasquatch and the Raptor series share the same part numbers so yeah but maybe it would work on the stock hinges? The more research I do on it, the more it should just work without swapping more than just the reinforcement plate.

I believe the Raptor hinges are flat and have threaded holes for the tailgate reinforcement to attach to, the reinforcement does not use the same holes/bolts used to mount the hinges to the body like most aftermarket reinforcements.

Definitely a good callout, honestly I've thought more than once about doing it myself via Parts, just wondering if a kit will come out before I finally get around to rounding everything up.
