ADD Front Bumper?

Hello,

Has anyone installed a ADD Rock fighter front bumper? With warn Zenon 10s
Check engine came on code p0096 dealer says bumper is blocking air no warrantee.

2025 badlands with sasquatch 2.7L 300 MILES

Any help please?

There have been issues with the ADD bumper. Some have put lights in that void, you put a winch. It blocks the intercooler. People will retort that many people don't have problems. But ADD doesn't have to do any testing. If it bolts up that good enough. It's up to the customer to do their research and not to assume the aftermarket vendor did any testing.

I have the ADD Krawler bumper with Zeon 10s and skid plate on my 23' Badlands Squatch. The setup completely blocks lower air flow. I went with a Mishimoto high mount intercooler and charge pipes to solve the problem. The trans and oil coolers are fluid to fluid coolers so don't need air flow. My IAT is good, coolant temp is normal. I dont know if my oil and trans temps are actuallyhigheror just seem to be but only a couple degrees. I plan on a bigger radiator and a lower thermostat for a little insurance. Other than that, no issues. I have the frame horn reinforcement brackets out of the Ford Perf winch kit, I had to modify the passenger side cross bolt so it doesnt rub on the lower part of the intercooler tube.

Thank you, I just took the plastic doors off the back of the cooler and cut open the vent in the lower front bumper. We will see how this works. I cant see how there was air flow to blow open the plastic flappers even with stock bumper at low speeds.

Hope that works for you if you don't get enough direct air from the front, it won't matter if you remove flaps behind it. Very important to check your intake air temp to see if your mods were enough. if IAT is too high, you will lose power and depending on how high, damage the engine
