Alpharex headlight issue

I’m having a strange issue with my alpharex alpha black headlights. I’ve called them, and gotten no response. Then i emailed them and got no response. I installed these lights in September 2024. And I love them. I’ve only put 5k miles on since the install. Recently the passenger side halo goes out when the passenger side turn signal is engaged and it doesn’t come back on. On the drivers side, the high beam stopped working. Any ideas on how to trouble shoot the issue?

Not sure on troubleshooting, but, if you decide to go another route.. The Form headlights look almost identical and it's a US company with a very responsive customer service department. I do hope you're able to resolve your issues though.

Found the issue. Not due to alpha Rex. Factory connector was corroded. On a truck with less than 10k miles, that is a total pavement princess

Your aftermarket headlight plug let water in and somehow that's a Ford problem?

Same shit happened to me on my Morimoto headlights. Plug corroded. Took forever to clean the shit up too. Beats replacing the wiring harness that last I checked was like $700. And it wasn't the plug @ the headlight, it was for the anti-flicker module in between. So Ford harness to anti-flicker harness.

Plug was seated tight. Alpha Rex side of the plug was clean. This truck hasn’t even been in the rain and is garage kept
