I'm old, so maybe I missed a thread about showing off your anniversary edition beauties. This isn't mine it's the wife's, but she gives me creative authority to make it a little more personal
Didn't take a picture of it before I took the side stripe off. This was back at the dealer after she committed to it, was waiting for tint to get done before taking it home
After tint, just waiting to get picked up
First bath and said goodbye to her '23 OBX
At first I really liked the wheels because they aren't black. After a couple weeks, just wasn't liking them, wife said she wished they were a little "blingier". Say no more, welcome method 709's
Then, a call on her way home about how she saw this cool bronco that had those fender thingy's that stick out, and match the color of the truck, look really cool. Why don't mine? Say no more sweetheart
Hey, that Ford emblem on the back is blue, that's dumb, there's no other blue anywhere.
I got you
After all this, the silver grille was killing me, all this Wimbledon White and that silver grille wasn't working at all. A couple well placed comments, and she was on board
Job done, will be at every farmer's market and plant store on the weekends this summer and fall. If I play my cards right, might get to take the top off once if she doesn't have to work on a Monday. "Can't mess up the hair, I'm a professional..."
Sorry for my long winded post, let's see your anniversary editions, would love to see if you've done any modifications yet. Or am I the only one who wanted to make some changes?
Has Ford said how many were going to be built? I searched and only found a blip about 1,966, but I think that was for the heritage limited editions maybe??
