Anyone deal with Appleford, Columbia MD?

With all of the reports (both good and bad), was wondering if anyone had any Bronco dealing with Appleford in Columbia MD, and if there were any discrepancies in the pricing?

Maybe I am overreacting as I did have my reservation with them originally and believe they would have honored MSRP. With that said, they are immpossible to negotiate with and display all the warning signs.

I discovered that when I tried to buy an F-150 from them shortly thereafter. From pushy salesmen to holding the keys to my trade-in hostoge.

Unbelievable stuff really.
