Wait-what? You bent your frame?
lol no.

Just shitty door alignment from the factory that finally sagged enough to cause issues.

My passenger door has been a PITA to close since day 1.

I am dropping it off tomorrow at my local dealer.

Update:

I dropped my Bronco off two weeks ago to my local Ford dealership.

I hadn't heard anything from them so I called them first thing this morning. A few hours later I get a call from the body shop manager telling me it will be $1300 to fix the issue....

WHAT?

He said he was waiting on me to approve the quote.

First of all, no one had given me a single update, let alone telling me that they were sending it to the body shop for an estimate.

He said the door was over-extended and that the hinge was bent.

I told him that I've had issues since day 1 with the doors, and over the past few weeks the driver's door has been harder and harder to operate. The door has never been over-extended.

He didn't disagree with me that could be the problem, but still said that will be $1300...

I just left a VM with my absent service advisor to figure out what is going on.

Ridiculous that I would have to pay to fix the factory's screw up.

I'm on the phone with Ford Customer Service now.

EDIT: Ford Customer Service said it was denied for a warranty repair. :(

They are seeing what financial assistance they can provide me.

Further edit: Ford Motor Company will pay $950 of the repair.

Pretty wild I have to pay anything in the first place... If they just warrantied it, it would cost Ford less money.

Update:
The dealer is worthless and never once spoke to me.

I picked the Bronco up tonight and will go to a different dealer.

Roller shot as my SO drives it to the better dealership to get my doors fixed.

They are also looking into the window module update and wiper update.

Since my Bronco sadly did not come with Aux switched, I installed the F150 LEDs kit.

Feedback:
These are all the same units as other companies out there like Auxbeam, etc.

The cables are hilariously too long. Again it's a generic kit that they are marketing for the Bronco. I would have liked for all of the cables to be half the length if not less.

The install video does things in an odd order. Don't follow it.

The video also doesn't disconnect the negative terminal of the battery. Absolutely do this. The video also neglects to show trimming the positive battery cover and the fuse box cover. In fact, I think in the video they didn't cut the fuse box cover at all. Bad.

First mock up the box and mark the holes to drill. Double check, drill a pilot hole. Check alignment again, then drill.

Don't install the box to the fender yet. Lay it on the driver's front corner of the radiator shroud.

Now I recommend installing the fuse tap. Then trim the fuse box cover on the fender side. Then install that wire to the box.

Next install the power cable to the battery.

Then install the ground to the battery. You only need to barely loosen the nut. Don't use power tools like in the video. That is a bad idea. Very easy to either over tighten or break a wire/ terminal.

Cable manage a bit, get ready to mount the box.

Run the control pad wire to the grommet behind and on top of the fuse box.

Now secure the box to the fender and cable manage.

Ok in the video they had you just pull the grommet out and run the cable around the edge. Don't do that. Instead carefully stab the grommet in an x pattern. Look where the wire harness goes from the engine bay to above the pedals. Don't cut into the harness. There is tons of room to cut into it.

Now install the control pad to the center console. Connect the control cable. Cable manage it. I cable tied the excess into a bunch and tucked it near the kicker speaker. Then I zip tied the cable into two spots, by the pedal light and near the center console.

Went to a local offroad park that was new to me. Bronco is really damn good on these types of terrain. The Rock Jock Antirock is still awesome, really helps keep things stable and helps improve traction. The Ford Performance Bilsteins are excellent. Ride nice and compliant. The short wheel base and the cameras are a big help navigating the tight woods. I've been going back and forth with myself trading/ selling this for the Ranger Raptor once ADM stops, but the smaller size has some nice advantages.

Every time I go out I learn new things, aka spend more money...

Going with a metal fridge slide and switching to a Iceco JP50 from a 40. It is taller than the 40, which is great for the Bronco, since height isn't an issue like it is in a pickup bed with a tonneau cover aka my old setup.

This WaterPort will be perfect on the Pak Rax and will save me precious interior room.

Ford Bronco Aonarch’s 2023 Bronco Build 1718118121152-7c

Payload update!

Currently have 194.5 lbs to spare for cargo (Food, clothes, camping stove, chairs, anything extra). This number factors in everything.... 6 gallons of water, 4 gallons of gas, two passengers and a dog.

Ford Bronco Aonarch’s 2023 Bronco Build 1718118565620-6n

My guestimate puts me at 282.1 lbs added to my Bronco. This number is not taking into account any passengers, cargo, extra gas, water, etc.

That is better than I thought.

Installed my fridge slide for my Iceco JP50.

Only negative is at the full length it will scrape against the plastic trunk trim. Whatever. Let it get scratched up.

I also mounted my axe and two molle bags that I saw another member here had bought.
