I know colors are a personal preference, but curious to see the replies....

On a Badlands with MGV do you think Rapid Red or Race Red clashes less with the interior orange? Do you care if it clashes with the interior?

On a Badlands with MGV and MIC hardtop do you think the Cyber Orange looks good with the grey grill, mirrors and top or only good with gloss black top, grill and mirrors?

Does blue and red really seem like a great idea?

I sat in the four door Area 51 Badlands at Supercell East and honestly the orange stitching wasn’t even that bad and hardly noticeable. Fairly subtle. I think people are overreacting to it. And yes the MGV seats are amazing. Felt very close to leather. Two pics I took:

personally I don’t care about the clash I went Area 51. I actually like the contrast, the CO accents stand out more. Probably Rapid Red will contrast better because it has a different tone. I swear that Race Red has an orange undertone.

I think CO looks DAMN good with the grey grill and top. It is one of the best colors to go with the MIC top and CrbGr grill IMO, along with OW.

I love the grey/cyber orange color combo. Easy choice for me. Interior made it an ever easier choice
I might be leaning this direction. Or FE Lightning Blue.....tough first world decisions.

I'm going to pay $50-60K for a vehicle and use a dollar store sharpie on the stitching? That's totally acceptable? No big deal? It's almost a deal breaker for me due to the principle of it.
Yeah, I would say no big deal. If you like it, keep it. If not, spend 1-2 hours and $7 and change it and it will look like factory in a color you prefer. I say that’s in fact “no big deal”. I’ll see how it looks when it gets here; I don’t do orange for obvious reasons, so if it looks too orange in person, I’ll change it...but that’s me just changing due to preference, and definitely no big deal. I’ll change lots of things on the truck to my likes (that’s what people do with 4x4s), and stitching is the easiest of all to do.

I am in the midst of this color conundrum, and absolutely agree that the stitching color concept was a TERRIBLE idea, not to mention the equally TERRIBLE idea of dictating seating/dash colors by model (when you can't get all of the mechanical functions in every model). Give us all a black/black/black option and most of us would be thrilled.

I want some relationship between the exterior/interior color, or at least not a clash. So, has anyone seen a Badlands in Cactus Grey and compared that color to the "IP Topper" (dash) color? Are they the same or at least similar colors? Do they provide a decent interior/exterior color flow? Unfortunately, I can't bring myself to buy the obvious school bus yellow (a/k/a, cyber orange) or black options.
