By the physical dimensions of the OEM battery a group 27 battery will fit the battery box but a group 27 battery will be taller.

Looking for a battery for another car got me thinking about what these Broncos are swinging under the hood.
Found this thread in a search for largest battery in a 2021 Bronco.

So yeah, thought I'd wake the dead just for the hell of it.
This thread was started just a few days before I received my 21 Base on Oct 8th 2021!

Turns out, Ford put a tough motherlovin' battery in this thing.
2.3L or 2.7L

Looking at Batteries+ website, an equal replacement runs about $260 for 800 CCA.

Even jumping up to the highly regarded Northstar, the extra $100 bucks only nets you 40 more CCA. (840 CCA / $350 )

Looking at the Group 27, if it will even fit, will set you back an additional $150 for the 130 extra CCA. ( 930 CCA / $394 )

At this battery power level, it's probably more important to look at reserve capacities and what not.
I'd imagine if you're going offgrid for days at a time, battery power becomes crucial.

The two 94 batteries appear to have only a negligible difference, 1 AH , while the 27 brings another 11 or 12 AH to the table.... if it will fit.
