Bronco connected Navigation issue

having issues with connected navigation. have had Badland bronco 17 months. in the middle of using, it goes blank and says i have to renew.
anybody know how long free service was to last. I thought 24 months. tried to get help all they want to do is charge $80 a year for the service.
dont mind paying but not if i dont have too.

Trial is 90 days. I got screwed out of my trial period because my in-warranty date was incorrect by 3 months. Dealer fixed the warranty date, but Ford wouldn't reinstate the trial.

Since it was the dealer mistake, they should have paid for the year subscription on their dime.

I guess some models have a 36 month period. thats why i am not renewing until i know for sure.

Mid package and High package had a 90 day trial. Lux package had a 36 month trail.

The trial typically starts when the vehicle is reported sold and it is activated to your FordPass account. Some people got several months extra because their dealers were lackadaisical about reporting the vehicle as sold. And others lost several months because they added it to their FordPass app before it even arrived at their dealer.

Nah, not on subscriptions unfortunately. Been hoping they would add that capability forever, but dunno if it will ever happen.

Points are limited to service, parts, accessories, etc.
