Took doors and roof off for first time and when it starts I get Poor Electrical system not connected. I have checked the connection by tailgate and it is ok seems like the doors automatically snap back in place. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a proud Bronco Outer Banks owner and proud US Marine.

Congratulations Marine and thank you.
It may well be coincidental, there have been several issues with loose or poorly connected cables on the batt terminals. Might check there?
Good luck

Thank you. Talked to dealer and he told me to check the door to see if is connected. Did that and no help. Then he told me to bring it in. I appreciate you help.

There's a bunch of small pin connectors throughout the vehicle where a loose or poorly fitted connection can give you an issue.
Sorry it wasn't easy.
Good luck and I'd be curious to know what they find. Hopefully it's a simple fix.

You will get a message about the door electrical connection if you start it with the doors off and your seatbelt not buckled. 100% normal.

You have no doors and it has no way to know if you put them back on and forgot to plug them in. It's just a caution type message, like "Hey, I wanna make sure you know I don't see any doors connected just incase you put them on and forgot to plug them in".

Normal meaning, for Ford. ;)

Ah. "Door Electrical" not Poor Electrical. Makes much more sense. Now I feel like the idiot.

If you put the doors back on and you're still seeing the message, go unplug them all again and make sure that when you plug them back in that you push the connector so it is 100% seated.

I tried it with seatbelts on.
If the doors are still off the message is normal. You'll get a different message if you drive with no seatbelts with doors off (so that's my bad).

Thank you Jason. So the message is normal with doors off. That solves my issue. Awesome that you looked it up in owners book. I should of looked it up myself. Too bad when I asked Ford dealer they didn’t know.
Really appreciate your help.
