Ha Ha. This is an easy one.
Received my Bronco back in November 2021.
Some time in January 2022 caught a rock while commuting to work, windshield cracked (about 4" long horizontal crack upper right hand corner).
Ignored said crack until August 2022 (didn't feel like putting out the $500 insurance deductible).
Replaced windshield on a Friday morning. That following Monday morning caught another rock (3 day old windshield) that put a vertical crack middle bottom of windshield. (3" long). Filled that crack with Rain X Windshield Repair.
A few months go by and I catch another rock (right hand side of windshield). So now I have 2 cracks in windshield #2 that are filled with Rain X Windshield Repair.

44k miles on the truck and haven't found a good enough reason to replace the windshield yet.

I've replaced mine FOUR times, and was even dropped by my insurance for it.

Discovering that Pilkington now makes bronco glass was a godsend. I've taken hits from rocks and debris that would have obliterated the Ford OEM stuff by now.

In between replacements, I fixed no less than 10 different chips in the glass with every kind out there (I prefer the permatex kit the best)

Just got it a few weeks ago, so no chips or cracks yet, but both of my coworkers that own Broncos have had to replace their windshields once each. I hope I don’t have to any time soon.

I got my Bronco Nov 2, 2022 and on my way home from taking delivery, I took a rock to the passanger side, so I drove straight to Napa and got a windshield chip repair kit. This was officially the first mod I did on my NEW bronco with less than 45 miles on the odometer. I have since taken two more rocks and all have chips that I did the epoxy on. None have cracked thank goodness. Currently at 9300 miles and still rocking (no pun intended!) the OEM glass

It went into my dealer for side-mirror repairs that took a month, and came back with a crack that they tried to blame on me. Luckily they replaced it in the end.

2022 Bronco. Off-roading trips to Ouray, Moab and Arkansas without having to replace my windshield. I do always have tons of bug guts on there though. Guess I haven't come across one big enough yet.
