Has anyone replaced the colored rope on the 4 doors? I know there are some alternatives to replace the entire assembly. Curious if anyone has just replaced the top colored rope.

I swapped my orange rope out for some white bungee. The fronts are easy, just need to remove the trim screws, cut away the stitching that holds the bungee, then replace with new bungee. I used some thin wire to poke through the bungee and twist tied it to the plastic frame. Now the rears are not as easy. That frame has melted plastic posts similar to how the Bronco letters are fixed to the grille. For now I’m gonna keep the whites up front and the oranges in the back. My kid likes orange anyway.

Thanks, so do those frames not come off with an interior pry tool?

Does anyone have the part numbers to just replace the assembly with black versions from the factory? @flip ?

Looks like screws (HB2). Little nugget of 'hog in the part list at the bottom.

Thanks Phil! For some reason the pocket parts M2DZ-78060B01-AC and M2DZ-78060B00-AC aren't coming up in any searches?

Do you happen to have the diagram for the rear as well?

I searched DOW (Fords part info system) and those are good numbers and there are 3 of the B01-AC and 1 of the B00-AC in the depot but don't have faith it will be there 15 minutes from now. Plus, they're 'spensive. List is $194.68 and $199.44.

Houston, we have a problem....Looks like that net is only serviced with the entire panel.

I don’t think the rear net frames will come off without melting the plastic solder points on the back of the full door trim. Then you’d have to re-melt some plastic into those areas to get the net frame to stay again.

Mine are falling apart. I'm going to be reaching out to my dealer to have them replaced under warranty.

Bumping this.
I keep toying with MOLLE replacement, but what I would really love is just for someone to come out with a more robust net to replace them with. Top bungee is fine. Lower net needs some beef.

I would like to replace my pocket netting as well but:

https://www.ford.com/product/door-pocket-p4000166558

$200 for a single, so $800 for all four??

This does not make any sense, what am I/we missing? Is this really a greater/whole part of the door trim maybe?
