It’s for no backup sensors but you could call crawltek and order the two plates that have the holes for the sensors if you wanted. $500 picked up.

If you have the parking sensors you would need to call crawltek and order the outer plates with the sensor holes. Or if you used a step up drill bit you could drill your own.

Wish you were closer... DId you have a problem with the bumper or something you didn't like about it? Seems like its fabricated pretty well and has more mounting points to the frame than most any other aftermarket rear bumper...
