Dead Battery Braptor

Hi everyone! I was wondering if anyone has any idea how long a battery would be under warranty? Mine is completely dead, not too sure why. My ford pass app was acting odd and then I wake up and it’s a dead battery. It’s been about a year on the battery but I only have 8600 miles. I’ve never had issues. Any thoughts?

It’s covered under bumper to bumper. So 3 year/36k miles

Can Ford tow it out or do they reimburse for that? Or is it best to get it down there ourselves. Thank you for the prompt response

No problem.
I’m not 100% sure on the tow/reimbursement part.
I deal more with the fixing aspect in service. But I’m sure if you called your local dealership they would be able to help you with that.

Yeah, after what I just witnessed after running it, it was beyond weird to feel the brake completely depressed, weird flickering noises and every light on. Not sure now because I’m getting a module off that is indicating it’s messed up.

If I don’t drive for a week, Ford Pass app sends message that it’s turning off systems to preserve battery. At two weeks, it may or may not start. Tons of stuff sucking power in the background and now keep on a trickle charger.

I've had my Braptor parked for a month and everything started fine.
