All I can add to this: When you placed your order is when the deal was made (other than maybe trade-in value). You should have a written and signed agreement for the final sales price, fees and anything else you agreed to. I had a document "Addendum A" already prepared and the Dealer Sales Manager signed and dated it and attached it to the order. One thing I added was that all the accessories I order will be installed by the Dealer at their cost (some things they get reimbursed by Ford). No additional fees. The document fee at $100.00 That no stickers nor the front license plate bracket will be installed. And that NO one except for prepping the vehicle may drive it (no employees nor customers). All of this and anything else you want should be dealt with when the order was placed, not later.
