Does Badlands come standard with dash rail?

Do anyone know if the badlands comes with the dash rail that holds the go pro and a phone comes standard? Or is it an option? because I don’t see it on the build and price on Ford.ca

I believe it is an option on all trims. Probably will come up as an accessory and will hopefully be available prior to submitting our orders. If not, this will likely be something easy to pick up from a dealer.

Nobody knows, might be like the one off interiors and not available ever, might be a dealer option, non-factory mounting to a dash would concern me though. Anyone seen a prototype and noticed how it was attached?

Dealer, or wait for aftermarket, as there will no doubt be some cool aftermarket spin-offs for this. I actually prefer the earlier versions of this rail, that was smooth and had slots in it, not the picatinny version that has been shown on the new concepts...so I hope there is options.

From what I have seen, it is screwed down on the ends, and in the middle.

What is more concerning is actually how we don't yet know how they're going to neuter the Black Diamond and lower trims. I've been trying to ask / see actual dashes of those vehicles as I'm concerned as they don't offer the High/Lux (e.g. the power outlets as an option on the Lux) that they also removed the mounting capability of the rail on those vehicles (I can always add power myself easily up there).

However, I have never, ever seen any dashes of lower trims with the rail. Hopefully I'm wrong and we can still mount a rail on lower trims.

ugh, screws in the dash, unless they're are already drilled and tapped holes from the factory, that is a hard pass.
