Does Code Orange Package have hood decal?

Hello - just saw a raptor with the code orange package but didn’t seem to have decals on the hood. All the others I have seen have this, was wondering if this is an option to not have the hood graphics, if anyone knew.

I just looked at a build and code orange package seemed to only include graphics. Didn’t see where you could remove it But not sure
