Door Hinges crinkling

I removed my doors and when I put them back on the front door hinges are conking. Does anyone know what causes this and how to fix it?

The bolts may loosen up several times, even after tightening pretty tight several times. At least mine do.

But I knew.

Actually, only the top bolt cares. My bottoms were loose when I pulled doors today.
