Engine Julian Date vs Blend Date

Received my new 2.7L Badlands a couple days ago. Window sticker Blend date 4/8/22. Delivered with 66 miles on it, after spending time @ Dirt Mountain. Checked the engine date code and it is 22097. Doesn’t that indicate the engine was assembled on 4/7/22? How far is it from Lima, Ohio to Wayne, Michigan?

Notice the sticker is configured differently.

Regarding vintage Corvettes, I have read documented instances where delivered engines came off the truck and went directly into cars on the assembly line.

Just in time delivery….. Lots of pressure on the logistics folks….
