Fluid Specs/Capacities Provided Here

Is there a manual for the Raptor, paper or digital that is different than the non Raptor models? Seems different enough that it would require a lot of paper inserts to cover everything.

Along these lines, I don't see a list of Raptor specific fluids (if required). Minimally one would want such a list also for the capacities. Bare minimum engine and axles absolutely different capacities. Coolant and brake fluid capacities also likely different.

Owners - please let us know what there is in the printed materials.

  • Rear diff: Motorcraft SEA 75W-85 Premium Synthetic Hypoid Gear Lubricant, 3.97 qt (to bottom of filler hole)
  • Front diff: Motorcraft SEA 75W-85 Premium Synthetic Hypoid Gear Lubricant, 0.87 qt
  • Transfer case: Motorcraft MERCON LV Automatic Transmission Fluid, 1.6 qt
  • Transmission: Motorcraft MERCON ULV, 13.1 qt, Drain plug torque: 52 ft-lb

• Brakes: Motorcraft® DOT 4 LV High Performance Motor Vehicle Brake Fluid

Yes, there are Raptor specific manuals/ guides in a Ford Performance manual cover that came with mine.
