I ordered the Bronco USB Workshop Manual from Helm shortly after I bought my 24 Bronco in November. I have used it a couple times and it has been very helpful for the most part.
I recently decided to check out the Engine Diagnosis and Testing section. I went through all the steps too get to it and when I get to "303-00 Engine System - General Information, Diagnosis and Testing" it gives me the option to click on "Engine". When I click on "Engine" it opens " 303-00 Engine System - General Information, Diagnosis and Testing " and two seconds later it shuts down the USB Drive and goes back to the desk top.
It does not do that on any of the other Diagnosis and Testing sections, so far only on the Engine.
I called Helm and they sent me the Ford instructions on how to install the Ford USB Drive. I followed that even though it was the same as I did before and got the same results. I reported that to Helm and they sent me a new Ford USB drive for the Bronco. After installation, it does the same thing again.
I reported to Helm that the USB Drive Workshop Manual must have a defect in that location. I got no reply. I get the feeling they think it is Fords problem and they just sell it for Ford.
I am not sure what to do now. That is a very important section to be missing in my opinion.
Does anyone else have the 2024 USB Drive Bronco Workshop Manual? Are you able to get into "303-00 Engine System - General Information, Diagnosis and Testing"?
