I'm at my wit's end with fordpass.
Picked up my '23 WT in August. Tried to activate on day 1, failed. Tried a zillion times since then.
I've tried every combination of: Bronco off, bronco running, bronco on ACC power only. 20 different locations with varying cell service. Nothing.
Every time I try, I never get any sort of notification in the bronco; eventually I get this notification in the app:
But I never got any notifcation to reject.
I have verified multiple times that the VIN shown in the app matches the VIN of my bronco..
Has anyone else had this much trouble? Any chance there's an incorrect module in my bronco and the notification is actually going to someone else? I'd very much like to get the app working.
